Families love getting immediate Star Quest feedback about their child's progress in the most important skill they learn in school - READING. Feedback comes with personalized suggestions to support their children's growth and progress.​

PROGRAM FORMAT
​Families are welcome to bring their children to any or all levels for a comprehensive understanding of different reading stages. Expect to spend 20-30 minutes to fully experience all stations.

Interactive Stations: 
Children travel between stations, spending two minutes at each to learn and demonstrate various reading skills.

Parental Involvement: 
​Family members accompany their children, providing support and witnessing their progress in real time.

Recognition of Achievements: 
​Mastered skills are celebrated with stickers, fostering a sense of pride and accomplishment.

Identifying Growth Opportunities: 
​We provide clear feedback on areas for improvement, along with materials and suggestions for practice at home.

Repeated Events: 
​Star Quest events recur throughout the year, allowing families to track and celebrate their child's progress.

Each Star Quest event is aligned to one of the levels below, but you are welcome to bring your child to any/all levels if you would like information about different expectations.

Expect to attend for about 20-30 minutes to have time to visit all of the stations. 

• Pre-Reading: Recommended for preschool children - no actual reading, just oral language
• Early Reading: Recommended for Kindergarten children - aligned to year-end expectations
• Ready to Read: Recommended for First Grade children - aligned to year-end expectations
